We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns for full refund (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise). All returned items must be received by John Isaac Fine Jewelry within 15 days of receipt of purchase. You can return an item for up to 30 days for credit or exchange. Although we check merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects or damage. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to sender. Prior to returning merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. To request a Return Authorization #, please call 888-368-1326 or e-mail us to: [email protected]. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.
